"On behalf of myparty of 'old lags'I thank you and your team for a splendid reunion weekend. Your rooms were spacious, comfortable, appropriate and characterful. The staff were exceedingly helpful and accomodationg, and cheerful with it. The elderly have their difficulties, which though small can make all the difference to their enjoyment of an occasion. Your people were patient and responsive in ways which eliminated worry. As for the food, we'd love to have gone through the complete menu, but fortunately for the diets, time did not permit! This has been our twelfth reunion at different hotels across the south east, and the last three Oxfordshire hotels have unquestionably been the best; we will hope to see you again. Thank you to everyone involved for all their efforts, you have a good team!"
